The Southeastern Association for Research in Astronomy, or SARA,  is a consortium of 16 universities and colleges.  SARA runs 3 remote access telescopes: 1 in Chile, one in the Canary Islands, and 1 in Arizona.  These facilities bring opportunities for astronomical research to MCAO associates as well as students and faculty at the University of Delaware.
